About Dr. Workman
Theodore Workman, M.D. is a nationally-recognized, board-certified interventional pain physician with more than 25 years of experience with spinal disc therapeutics and diagnostics. He has special interest in regenerative medicine, cell surgery and emerging biologic therapies. He has been practicing medicine in Redding since 1989.
Focused on a patient-centered approach, Dr. Workman prides himself on providing high-quality and innovative care for patients suffering from a variety of conditions.
In his free time, Dr. Workman enjoys being outdoors, either close to home in his garden or pursuing an adventure- wakeboarding, mountain biking, snowboarding, or scuba diving, and spending time with his three children.
